DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping - UK
We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your order ships for any next day delivery orders.
For all UK orders placed after 2.30pm, we cannot guarantee next day delivery and therefore advise that your order may take up to 2-3 working days to arrive. All orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. In this case, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

- First Class Delivery - £4.00, Royal Mail (2-3 working days)
- Next Day Delivery - £7.00, DHL Courier (order before 2.30pm)
Shipping - EU
All EU orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
- Standard - £9.95 (up to 10 working days)
- Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Shipping - USA
All USA orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
- FREE Standard US Shipping - when you spend over £130 (up to 4 working days)
- Standard US Shipping - £16.00 (up to 4 working days)
- Orders placed using this service will usually arrive within 3-4 business days with a trackable service. (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
- If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
